How You Get Paid
Commission becomes payable 30 days after the sale (standard refund window). Payouts processed on request once your balance is payable.
SA Bank — Ozow
South African affiliates receive instant EFT via Ozow. ZAR payouts direct to your account. Minimum payout R50.
PayPal — International
International operatives are paid via PayPal within 5 business days of payout request. No minimum for international.
PayFast Split — On Request
Affiliates with their own PayFast merchant account can request direct commission splits. Contact admin to configure.

Recruit Other Operatives
Active affiliates can recruit other affiliates into the programme using a special recruitment link. When the affiliates you recruit make sales, you earn a bonus commission on top of your own sales performance.
This is network-level income. One well-placed recruit can multiply your earnings without any extra content from you. Once you're approved, your recruitment link is in the Affiliate Portal.

When do I get paid?
Commissions enter a 30-day hold after the sale — this covers the refund window. After 30 days your commissions become payable. Request a payout from the Affiliate Portal and we process within 5 business days. SA affiliates are paid via Ozow, international via PayPal.

How do I track my clicks and sales?
Every click on your referral link is recorded and visible in the Affiliate Portal. You can see total clicks, conversion rate, pending commissions, and payable balance. Sale notification emails are also sent the instant a commission is queued.

What commission rate do I start at?
You start at 15% (Recruit tier). Hit 5 confirmed sales and you automatically upgrade to Operative — 20%. Hit 10 sales and you unlock Ghost — 25%. No application required — the system upgrades you instantly when you cross the threshold. The new rate applies to all future sales.

Can I refer other affiliates?
Yes. Once your account is approved and active, you get a recruitment link. Operatives you recruit into the programme earn you a bonus on their sales. Your recruitment link is separate from your product referral link — you'll find both in the Affiliate Portal.

What payout methods are available?
South African operatives receive ZAR direct via Ozow bank transfer (minimum R50). International operatives are paid via PayPal within 5 business days of payout request. Affiliates with a PayFast merchant account can request a direct PayFast split — contact admin@shiftglitch.com to set this up.

Is there a minimum payout threshold?
SA bank payouts (Ozow) have a minimum of R50. PayPal payouts have no minimum. There's no limit on how much you can accumulate before requesting a payout — your balance is safe and visible in the portal at all times.

Does my referral link give buyers a discount?
Yes. When a buyer arrives via your referral link or enters your promo code at checkout, they automatically get 10% off their first Pro pack. You earn commission on the discounted price — it's a genuine two-sided deal. Your promo code is shown in the Affiliate Portal once approved.

How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed manually. We aim to approve or decline within 48 hours. Once approved you'll receive a clearance email with your unique referral link, promo code, and portal access instructions.
